We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar (90 days for the Loki & Ivy Collection) days from the date you received it to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

PLEASE NOTE: 

Women's Swimwear Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, women's bathing suits may be returned within 30 days of delivery only if they are unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have all tags and hygiene liners attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or with removed hygiene liners are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that it has been received. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
